Local materials and a healthy living climate
According to the builder, Alvierblick GmbH, this designs meets not only the aesthetic requirements, but also the ecological and structural requirements in particular. The flat roof is planted, the facade is made from wooden shingles. The use of Swiss materials wherever possible was central to the choice of building materials. The timber used originates exclusively from the Buchs region (St. Gallen). The timber construction company Bernegger Holzbau was also very interested in procuring the materials for the airtight and windtight layers from a Swiss manufacturer. 1,500 m² of the Majrex 200 moisture-variable vapour control layer and 1,500 m² of various windtightness films were therefore used, among other things.
Trendsetting quality of living and life are ensured through these construction measures. A healthy living climate is the be all and end all here. The living spaces have low emissions and offer optimal humidity.
