The houses are completely emission-free, the air- and windtightness is ensured with a variety of SIGA products. The surroundings of the buildings are complemented with meadows, orchards and ponds.
Distinguished and wildlife-rich
Springfield Meadows has been awarded One Planet Living Global Leader status by leading environmental organisation Bioregional. The developers, Ssassy Property, are also working with the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) to make the project as wildlife-rich as possible.
