The Boutique Hotel Badhaus in Bressanone stands as a prime example of harmonizing contemporary architecture with historical settings. The Boutique Hotel Badhaus has a modern, refined design that blends in perfectly with the town's historic center.
The project is being carried out not only with the aim of constructing a new building with a modern, artistically inspired design, but also to redevelop the historic centre with a new public courtyard in the heart of a dense urban area. This redevelopment allow pedestrians to move around more organically, with a link between the public garden, a new square and Bressanone's main thoroughfares.
The new building maximizes the available space by concentrating its volume into one structure, freeing up as much of the courtyard as possible.The lower parts, designed as terraces, are covered in greenery, offering quiet spaces and new viewpoints.

The client needed a product to cover facade elements that were approximately 800mm wide. At SIGA we provided a tailored solution through our Customer-specific production service, which allows clients to request custom sizes for our products. We recommended the Wigluv Black, which was custom-produced to the exact 800mm width needed. The liner was precisely cut to facilitate a simple and rapid installation. Our customized approach successfully resolved the client's challenge.
