Aoni De Haus Hotel, China

During the renovation of this 120-year-old house, the focus was on moisture protection, insulation and airtightness. The Aoni De house was converted into a passive wooden house. The complete rammed earth wall façade and the hand-caved roof are still visible today. The hotel fits perfectly into the traditional village of Lishui in Zhejiang Province.
