Efficient working thanks to high-quality adhesive tapes
We asked Marko Faber, Managing Director of METEC GmbH three questions and wanted to find out from him how the collaboration with SIGA was during this project.
What was the challenge during the “Technische Universität Bergakademie Freiberg” project for you?
During a construction project such as this, the installation of the elements must often be done at high speed. And without any loss of quality, which affects the sealing at the structure connections in particular.
How was SIGA able to help you with this challenge?
For several thousand metres of film and a technically demanding project, we need an adhesive tape which is easy to handle and high-quality, and which can also be plastered over.
The SIGA films are adhesive on the dot and can be cleanly handled on the building site. We were able to work even more quickly and safely thanks to the fact that the SIGA employees provided our fitters with excellent training.
What do you value in the collaboration with SIGA?
In addition to good products with high adhesive strength, SIGA encourages and supports us constantly. Through regular technical training for technicians and fitters, for example. We can also count on support from SIGA on our construction sites. It’s great to be able to go into the specific details of the actual construction project together.
